Instructional Design

We can design and implement synchronous and asynchronous training solutions for in-person and online formats. We also develop training curricula for onboarding, processes, procedures, compliance, communications, sales, tasks, and professional development. Our online courses are SCORM/xAPI compliant and can be published on many LMS (Learning Management System) platforms for data capture and enrollment.

Process Consulting

We can help create, revise, and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, profitability, and employee buy-in. We believe that process analysis is an important part of needs analysis. Training cannot fix inefficient or obsolete processes. We have years of experience analyzing organizational processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, developing solutions, implementing these solutions, and evaluating these solutions. We work with all stakeholders to ensure a full picture of the problem.

Content Creation

If you are looking to create or enhance content for your business, we can do that too. Whether you are looking to update your logo, design sales content, or create written documents, we can produce clean, quality materials. We use Adobe Creative Cloud apps for graphic design, video editing, animation, and photo editing.

What is instructional design?

Instructional Design is the process of creating learning experiences. This process includes analyzing a problem, designing and developing learning experiences, implementing these experiences, and evaluating the effectiveness. Our approach is to first determine whether instructional design is the best solution to solve a particular problem. Then we work with the client to develop a solution within the budget and parameters of the client.
